In the main game, you can collect a few nomad points here and there (like the sync points) that you can use in the app, but as you've noted, unlike sync points, the nomad points regenerate after a bit. But i still cannot figure out which nomad chest is linked to which nomad mission in the app or whether i should finish certain amount of nomad missions in the app.
